October 3, 2017 Board Meeting Agenda Item #16 Title APPROVAL TO AWARD BID #18-0107 FOR METAL FABRICATION Description Bids to provide 'Metal Fabrication' were received from two vendors on September 7, 2017. The bid of Innovative Contractors was the best low bid meeting the advertised specifications. This bid is for a three-year period with an option to renew for two additional one-year periods. The funds for these purchases are contained in the transfer from capital budget to the Facilities Services Department. Recommendation That the bid of Innovative Contractors, to provide 'Metal Fabrication' in an amount not to exceed $240,000.00 for a three-year period, be approved as presented.
